The Bulger-Dennis-Treadwell Building, located on the corner of Tallassee and Columbus Streets in Dadeville is the Treadwell—Bulger—Dennis Building.  Originally constructed by Major General Thomas Bulger (CSA) in the early 1870’s, it served as his law office on the “Broadnax Square.”  With only few instances since, the building has served as a law office for over 150 years. Consisting of the original heart pine walls, ornate trim and circa 1900 windows, the building now owned by Mark Allen Treadwell is part of the Oliver and Treadwell law firm campus.  The structure is one of only a few surviving buildings from the nineteenth century county wide; and is the oldest on the Dadeville Courthouse Square.
